For over three decades Norbert Meyer-Oltmanns led internationally active companies including Wienerberger, Koramic, Ytong and BaumitBayosan. As managing director he was responsible for organisations with up to 2,800 employees and revenues of up to EUR 400 million.
He has repositioned companies strategically, transformed sales organisations and taken responsibility for M&A and restructuring processes. In these roles he achieved measurable improvements in results and sustained increases in EBITA. This experience is complemented by many years of association work in the building materials and masonry industry, as well as a supervisory board mandate at Heinze Baudatenbank with a focus on digital platform development.
